Alex Hotel set for sale
Monday, August 17th, 2009The Sydney Morning Herald, in an article about declining pub valuations, reveals the Alex is expected to sell for $2.3million. This is substantially lower than the $4.9m for which it last changed hands. No mention of who the new owners may be.
