Disgruntled locals have made their opinions clear on the hoarding around the yellow pylon footings (see pic). And local member Rosa Sage braved icy winds Thursday morning for a bit of face to face opinion gathering with her constituents. It will be a good test of how effective Rosa’s voice can be.
